We did it!

It's been a whole week, so well and truly time to confirm that yes, we completed the walk! It was quite a warm and humid night and we got to Bondi 10.5 hours after we left North Sydney.

It was an amazing experience: walking through the national park by the light of our headlamps, seeing Watsons Bay a ghost town at 2am, and watching Pacific Ocean horizon lighten from 4:30.

Most of all: thank you. Thank you for supporting this wonderfully deserving cause. It was a challenging walk and a fun adventure, but in the end motivated by serious reasons.

Three weeks to go...

This is feeling very real now! We've been training all over the place for the past couple of months (inevitably, we haven't once been able to find a date for all of us together). Yesterday two of us completed a 25km foreshore-ish route in about 5.5hours of walking time - so that bodes well!
