I'm walking 42km overnight for children facing emergencies.
Supporting the community is something that's important to me, and I’m fortunate to do this through a range of volunteer activities.
On 21 November, I'll be taking that commitment a little further by taking part in UNICEF's Dusk to Dawn challenge and walking 42km overnight across Sydney.
The walk is aimed at raising funds for UNICEF's emergency response work, helping children and families affected by conflicts, disasters, and other crises around the world.
For many children basics like clean water, food, shelter, and medical care disappear overnight when an emergency strikes.
UNICEF works around the clock to get help where it's needed most, and I'm hoping to do my small part by raising funds to support that work.
If you're in a position to donate, I'd really appreciate your support. Every contribution helps make a difference.
Thanks for reading, and thanks to everyone who gets behind the cause.
