I'm walking 42km overnight for children facing emergencies.
On 21 November, I will be walking 42km overnight from North Sydney to Bondi as part of UNICEF’s Dusk to Dawn.
This is a mega challenge for me — hours of darkness, tired legs, and a long road ahead. But as I make my way across Sydney, I will be thinking of the children whose nights are filled not with quiet streets, but with fear, uncertainty and loss.
In emergencies, children are the first to lose access to clean water, food, shelter and the safety every child deserves. While I’m walking, UNICEF teams will be working hour by hour to deliver clean water, medical supplies, nutrition and protection to children caught in conflict and disaster.
This walk is my small act of solidarity — a reminder that even one person, one night, one step can help make a difference. If you’re able to donate, every contribution helps UNICEF reach children quickly when their world is falling apart.
Please donate today if you can. Your support will help deliver urgent, lifesaving care to children who need it most.
Donations of $2 or more are tax‑deductible.
