Strangers Until Sunrise
We're walking 42km through the night, together
Nobody should face 42km in the dark alone – and no child should face an emergency alone either.
I'm Luise, from Austria, walking UNICEF's Dusk to Dawn on 21 November. Strangers Until Sunrise is my invitation to anyone doing this walk without a team, just like me: join me. We start the night as strangers. By sunrise, we won't be.
Together, we're raising funds for UNICEF's emergency response for children caught in conflict and disaster. When crises hit, kids are often the first to lose access to clean water, food, shelter and care. While we walk through the night, UNICEF teams are working around the clock to get them what they need.
Every step we take, and every dollar you give, helps UNICEF respond fast when children are at risk.
If you can, please donate – your support helps deliver urgent, lifesaving care to the children who need it most.
Donations of $2 or more are tax-deductible.
